Our Snowdonia Welsh Wildflower Honey is an artisan, small-batch alternative to mass-produced blends. Foraged by our own bees in the rugged landscapes of Snowdonia National Park, North Wales, we use traditional cold-extraction. This ensures our honey remains 100% raw and unpasteurised, preserving its natural enzymes and wild floral notes.

Snowdonia Raw Welsh Wildflower Honey

Real honey, from a real place.

Our bees forage the hedgerows and meadows of Snowdonia, and we harvest this honey only once a year. Bramble, hawthorn, willowherb and clover shape the flavour, so it changes a little with every season.

  • Look: deep gold. 
  • Nose: blossom and warm meadow.
  • Taste: floral and rounded, with a hint of bramble fruit.
  • Finish: gentle and sweet.
  • Try it on: warm buttered toast, or stirred into hot tea.

What “real” means here?
