UK Shipping Rates
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS using Royal Mail 24 Tracked for all orders. We'll dispatch the same day if your order is received before 1pm and this will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.Β
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped which will include the Royal Mail tracking number.
Local Delivery
We do offer local delivery within 15 miles of The Snowdonia Honey Co. main site in Caeathro. Our customers are very welcome to pick up their orders from our main apiary site outside Caernarfon. Please give us a call at 01286-864030 before arriving so we can have your order ready and to make sure someone is here to greet you.
Our in-store pickup hours are between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do notΒ ship our honey products outside of the UK.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow several hours for the Royal Mail tracking information to become available.
If you havenβt received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us atΒ sales@snowdoniahoney.com with your name and order number, and we will do everything we can to assist you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@snowdoniahoney.com with your order number and a photo of the itemβs condition. We will always work towards a satisfactory solution that you are happy with.
