1. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and pricing are accurate. Our honey products are sourced and produced in Snowdonia, Wales, and we take pride in their quality and authenticity.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at Checkout.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day and using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive the tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched from The Snowdonia Honey Co.

4. Returns and Refunds

5. Product Quality

Our honey is a natural product. Crystallisation will occur naturally over time and does not affect the quality of the honey. Simply warm gently to return to a liquid form. The instructions are on the label of each jar.
